Ingredients:
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Beat sugars, margarine and oil until creamy. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar in separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients into sugar mixture. Roll into 1 inch balls, then dip in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
